Investigating a New Mechanism of Cutaneous Vasoconstriction during Cold Exposure in Humans: The Role of Thermosensitive TRPM8 Channels
Thermosensitive TRP channels, which recently attracted attention through the Nobel Prize, have been implicated in human thermoregulation. This study examined the role of TRPM8 in cutaneous vasoconstriction, a response essential for thermoregulation during cold exposure.
